Buying a house is no easy task but I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Steph was always positive and supportive throughout this journey and always provided feedback and answered questions when they came up. She’s also funny! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. 12/10.

Steph is without a doubt one of the kindest and hardest working people I’ve come to know. We spent two years on our house search with her and her helpfulness and compassion never wavered. Her expertise on the state of the market and helping us to put our best offer forward was really what got us into a home.As first time home buyers we weren't really sure at all what we were doing and Steph was able to walk us through all of it. I would recommend her a million times over and should we need to move again I’ll be calling her right up.

Steph is a most pleasing person, AND she does really listen and in our case, did more than we asked, to sell our house. Slow start, but ultimately we sold for more than we expected - thanks to Steph’s knowledge of the market. She makes it easy because she does all the paperwork (legal stuff).

Can’t say enough good things about Steph. We were out-of-state buyers with somewhat limited insight into the area. Steph took the time to understand what we were seeking in a property and assisted us in finding the ideal location. She is extremely professional, thorough and communications were great. Her assistance did not end at the sale and she provided excellent support post sale when some questions arose after the closing. We are extremely happy in our new home and to have been lucky to have worked with Steph!

Steph was wonderful to work with throughout the home-search process. We were making a cross-country move and she was great about keeping us up-to-date on local properties and what was happening in the market. She was very good humored about showing us properties when we were available and in the area and flexible with her schedule and understanding of our shifting timeliens, which was a huge help since we were coming from out of state. I don't know where to begin. I didn't know Stephanie when looking for my first home purchase in over 10 years (I had been renting). So, we connected by phone before I relocated from the west coast. Before I even arrived she took me on multiple "zoom" tours and gave me honest feedback on the houses and the pros and cons of their locations (based on my search criteria). Finally, when I arrived in Lancaster, we started to hunt for homes together. This was when homes were still moving fast (July) but a few were on the market for longer. Stephanie knows the market. She knows which homes are priced well, and also how to dive deep into details that novice home hunters may miss. More importantly, Stephanie took the time to know exactly what I needed in a place for me to call home. When I found a few I liked when looking online, she was lightning-fast getting us an appointment to see them. After seeing a number of attractive homes over several days, nothing really stood out (I was considering making a few offers here and there). Then, she reached out to me after she found a house she knew I would be happy calling home. She was right. I saw it twice and together we strategized on how to make the best offer. And they accepted.
